Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Im a OTR truck driver. Me and dispatcher have argument while I'm out of state on the road. He fire me and report truck stolen. I'm pulled over and convicted for UUMV. Is this legal?

How were you to return the truck? How were you to get home? Sounds pretty fishy and like he did not tell the whole truth about the situation. Hire a lawyer to fight your case.
