what are my outcomes if i caught a case for class b mis. theft and im on a pre-trial diversion for felony evading arrest

You will be prosecuted for the felony evading as if you did not have PTD, and you will be prosecuted for the theft. You may be able to get deferred on the evading - MAYBE - but it is likely you will do some jail time on the theft. Sad loss of opportunity.
