Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I have outstanding traffic and no insurance tickets in the County of Dallas Texas and was in lew Sterrett a few weeks ago and wanted to know how to get time served for years old tickets??? Please advise. 1-12-2012

You should have notified Dallas County while you were in custody in order to get concurrent credit - IF they would agree. You should contact the court / clerk's office in which the warrants pend to see if it is possible to provide proof of your incarceration for credit - but don't get your hopes up.
