Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
p. o. problem
My son is on felony probation in Brazos County, and he has found a very good job where I live in Bandera County, and he's trying to get transfered here, but he isn't current on his requirements so he can't. His probation officer won't let him take his required drug classes here or do any community service here, which he was already doing, so he could get current. He can't find a good job there, and he doesn't want to loose this one. What should he do?

Re: p. o. problem
I would suggest talking to the prosecutor assigned to his case (in the court that sentenced him). You might also try talking to the judge (who put him on probation). If not, then maybe he can do the community service and drug classes on the weekends (back in Brazos County).
