Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My parents pressed charges against my boyfriend who was 20 yrs.when I was 17. Can I being the victim remove those charges. I am 18 now.

The age of consent in Texas is 17, so if you were having sex with your boyfriend at 17, these charges should not have been filed. If you were 16 and having sex with him, that's another situation entirely.
