Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If my parents pressed some type of charges against my boyfriend who was older than me when I was 17, Can I now being 18 years old remove those charges?

No. If your boyfriend committed an offense, then it was complete at the time that he committed it. It is up to the prosecutors handling the case as to whether to pursue the case or dismiss it. Not even your parents could dismiss the case.
