Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
parole holds
I have a brother who is on parole and i wanted to know is ther any way that he could get the parole lifted. he's in jail on a technical violatiion for not reporting {15 mos.and counting). he also has pending cases. Is ther any way that he could a bond or something?

Your brother needs a lawyer. Pending charges are not a technical violation. Not reporting is also not a technical violation. Doubtful he will get a bond -- but guaranteed without a lawyer.
