Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
when on parole in texas can a parolee associate with a convicted felon if said felon has discharged sentence and is not on parole or probation? Is on record with tdcj as parolees common law husband/wife, and were living together at time of parolees incarceration.

Your best bet is to ask your parolee officer. There are no fast and hard guidelines.
