Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Right of parolees in texas
I am currently on parole in Texas. I have been having problems with my parole officer either not wanting to answrer questions or giving me false information. The question i have is do I have any legal rights to ask for a new p.o. or contest the verbal or written dissions of the district parole office or my p.o.?

I am sorry I do not know the answer, other than to tell you to contact the State Board of Pardons and Paroles.
