Is a party named in a (County) domestic incident report, entitled to a copy of the report, even though that party was not present and therefor did not sign the report?

You can submit a public information request to the agency with the records you want. The request should be in writing and request specifically the document(s) you want. The agency may deny your request if the documents relate to a pending criminal investigation.
