Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
about my past
I have a misdemeanor from july of 1998. To this day I still can't get a decent job because of that incident. What legal steps can I take to get that expunged off my record

Re: about my past
It depends upon what the misdemeanor was, and what the disposition was. If you can't get it expunged, you might at least qualify for an Order of NonDisclosure. Talk to a lawyer in your area, with a copy of the court's judgment (which you can get from the clerk).
