Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
payment given, no services done
I paid a machinist 1600.00 for some parts for a engine and to build the enging, and have taken other parts to him to use to build my engine and have recieved nothing, and he will not return my phone calls to allow me to come get all my parts to build the engine myself. He has had my money and parts for 10 months! What do I do? Small claims court? File for theft with the DA? What?
