Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
penalty for theft under $50.00 in texas
I've currently been suspended from my job due to a deferred adjustment sentence that i completed for theft under $50.00. They stated that I could apply for a waiver if the penalty carries a fine of $1,000.00 or less. Basically I just need to know what the fine is for this case. I don't know if this helps but I was 17 at the time. Yes, I was tried as an adult just added some more info just in case it's important.
