Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
if a person were accused of murder, rape, organized crime, and accessory to murder but didn't do anything(no physical evidence, gsr, etc), he was just there, and was under duress(one of the others had a gun, and "snitching" will ge you killed), wrong place wrong time sorta thing. is there an appellate or supreme court ruling that would help him?....no westlaw or lexus access to do detailed research...thanks
