need to know
If a person gets arrested with 2 other people in a drug raid, they all 3 bond out, 1 of them runs (jumps bond) but the other 2 stick around, and the drug charges are dropped against the other 2~ what happens to the 3rd person that jump bond? Will the charges be dropped against him too; or is he in trouble for jumping bond?

Re: need to know
Drug case may be dismissed. However if he missed a court appearance it is likely there is a warrant out his arrest. Depending on how long it has been, bail bondsman may be looking for him.
Suggest he hire an attorney to investigate the charges and negotiate a dismissal.
