Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a person Bonds a person out of jail and that person doesn't show up for court or pay his fees.....What does the law do to the person who initially put up bail money for the person who has jumped bail?

The court can require the bondsman to pay the amount of the bail bond to the court. The bondsman then has a civil action against the bail jumper and anyone else who signs the bond for the amount of the bond.
