Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

If a person is in jail for agg assault W/ deadly weapon and there is no weapon found and no witnesses to testify against them and the bond is 75,000.00. how much would your fee be to do a Pr bond for them and or Represent them?

You need to actually call lawyers in the area where the case is pending. There is more to it than you have stated or there would be no case to be filed. The complainant in a case is a witness, and often the only witness. They need not find a gun; finding the gun is rare. PR bond is not going to happen on an aggravated assault case alleging a gun being involved.
