Person with a mental diability
My sister is in jail for someone talking her into cashing a fake check. She does not have the ability to cash and checks, i am her guardian. She has a mental diability schzo, bipolar and manic depression. He took advantage of her by saying all you need is a id. She went to cash the check for this person.So i need to find a lawyer here in austin who help people with mental disabilities.
