hello
if a person on parole is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, but another person with him says they had the handgun and signs an affidavit stating that fact, can the charges be dropped against the parolee? Can the other person be charged with the crime of carrying the concealed weapon?

Re: hello
Charges can be dropped against the parolee, but I doubt if they will be. Yes the other person can be charged.
