Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a person get off parole September 06, 2010 and he has just been picked up for another charge, which he didnt commit. The charge is attempted burglary of a habituation. He cant afford a lawyer at this time. So if he is presented with a lesser charge and takes the lesser charge, will that mess up the date he gets off parole?

Of course it will, and it will probably revoke his parole. Especially if he doesn't have a lawyer. He needs to get a second job and hire a lawyer.
