Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
a person picks up the wrong suitcase containing cocaine at the bus station,and is apprehended by u.s customs,under the rule of excuses,how would a person proclaim his innocence? what rule would be employed?

The major right the person has is the right to go to trial and assert that he or she is innocent and that the suitcase was not theirs based on the facts and circumstances beyond a reasonable doubt.
