Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a person has been in prison twice for assault/ family violence and now 1 year after release he has 3 counts for the same thing on 2 different people and has a robbery charge, what will more than likely be his sentence?

Assuming that the robbery is a felony, it is likely that he will be sentenced on the felony and the sentences with the other assault charges will run concurrent with the robbery charge. Aggravated Robbery has a range of punishment of 5 to 99 years. What will happen depends on his record, the prosecutor and the judge.
