Keith Engelke Law Office of S. Keith Engelke

Assuming that the robbery is a felony, it is likely that he will be sentenced on the felony and the sentences with the other assault charges will run concurrent with the robbery charge. Aggravated Robbery has a range of punishment of 5 to 99 years. What will happen depends on his record, the prosecutor and the judge.
