The accused could have a motion to revoke his or her probation filed, be arrested, and may or may not have the opportunity to post a bond while awaiting a hearing on the revocation. If revoked, the person could be sentenced from the minimum jail/prison time for the charge they were sentenced on up to the amount of time they received when sentenced to probation. I would strongly suggest the person speak to a local criminal defense attorney ASAP.
