Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a person is on probation in Virginia and leaves the state and gets in trouble in Texas, after serving the sentence in Texas and put on probation, can Virginia arrest you and take you back to Virginia while you are on probation in Texas?

You should re-post your question, directed to Virginia lawyers; but my guess is that you have violated the Virginia probation, and face a revocation hearing.
