Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a person is in the process of moving and just found out that they have an outstanding state felony warrant. It is a probable cause warrant that was put on them out of the blue. Would they be considered a fugitive fleeing to avoid prosecution, or can the feds pick it up if they move states without having it taken care of first? And can i get in trouble if the police pull us over because i am helping him move?

He knows about the warrant. He can be considered to be fleeing. And if I were you, I would avoid helping him until he posts a bond.
