Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If a person has already received a1244a, released from the county and caught a new charge will they be eligible for another 1244a?

There is no limitation on eligibility but it is unlikely a prosecutor will offer one. Also 12.44a is a felony conviction which can be used for enhancing punishment - like on the new charge....
