Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
a person having a suspended for life lis. in state of Ind., what state can he go to to get a driver lis.?

At least in Texas (and as far as I know in all the other states), a suspension in any other state is honored in the new state. Driving is considered a privilege, not a right.
