A person that tells a federal officer where to get drug's. What is that person charge

If a person simply says to any officer - state or federal - or to any person, really - "you can buy crack from Joe down there at the 2nd house on the right" and indeed the buyer goes there and buys crack at that location, then the teller has arguably aided the sale of that crack by directing the buyer there - even if the teller gets nothing for his effort and was not asked to do it, etc.
