Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Personal Criminal Record
How do you go about correcting information in/on a criminal record? This is for a potential job. Driving record checked for past 10 years-CLEAR/good to go-Criminal Record showed DWI - which NEVER happened; why would they show something that NEVER happened and post it to my criminal record and not on my driving record???? This HAS TO BE CORRECTED, but HOW do we do it??? PLEASE help.

Re: Personal Criminal Record
Find out where the DWI was filed. It could be a different person with the same name.
