Petition for nondisclosure
How long after one is filed is the record no longer visible?

Re: Petition for nondisclosure
Once a petition for nondisclosure is granted then the records cannot be disclosed. However, certain organizations and people can still view the records under Section 411.083(b)(1),(2), or (3) of the government code.
