how long after the clerk receives a petition for 11.07 habeas corpus do they have to file it, in othe word what procedures or policy govern the filing up on receipt of the petition

An "11.07" refers to the article code in the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 11.07. The clerk is required to file it immediantely after receiving it. Feel free to call the clerk to check on status of the petition.
