Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
photos
I have a greeting card business utilizing old photos. I have a photo of the backside of several boys, one of them is a bare bottom (my son's). Would it be considered 'porn' for me to use that on a greeting card for retail sale? I also have a photo of 8 men mooning the camera. May I use that without it being considered porn?

I think that question is too complicated to be asked on this web-page. I think you should consult a lawyer who gave you advice.
