Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
can you be picked up on a second degree felony warrant in a different state than the warrant is issued in....and will the warrant ever go away

Yes. However usually the second state will check you for warrants whenever you are stopped or have a police encounter. The warrant goes away when the state drops it which occurs when the case is closed.
