Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I took a plea bargain for a crime I didn't do. I'm trying to comply with eveything but I am being refused a class, that is part of my probation. The lady giving the class will only allow me to attend if I admit to something I haven't done. She says that since I won't admit to it, I can't attend and she plans on having my probation revoked.

She is trying to get you to "admit responsibility." If you pled guilty, you may have a problem.
If you pled no contest, you should be able to simply say that you chose not contest the charge. If she pushes the issue, you may be able to say that you pled no contest and are willing to accept responsibility.
My suggestion is that you ask the court to modify the conditions of your probation to eliminate the class because they will not permit you to take the clase.
You need to talk to the attorney who did the plea bargain work.
