Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
IN a Plea bargian... If you are later found to have a mental illness which would be in effect during the time of which this bargain ouccered would that plea bargain be enforceable?

Yes, most mental illnesses will not effect the plea bargain unless there are extenuating circumstances. A lot of people in the criminal justice system have mental illnesses of one kind or another. Yours would have to be specific for it to effect the case.
