Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i would like to know what is a plea docket and what should i do for that. what are the best step for it

Plea docket is when the person has already accepted a deal from th prosecutor. The person goes to court, completes paperwork, and goes before the judge to do the plea. In some courts, the plea docket is really disposition setting which means either you plea or set the case for trial.
