Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If at second plea hearing in district court my attorney fails to convey my cunter offer to judge instead he tells judge I want jury trail is this a misrepresentation motion for dismissal

You don't get to plea bargain with the judge. The only requirement is that the lawyer deliver to you all offers; not that your offers are delivered to the prosecution.
If you want a different lawyer you can hire one to substitute in.
