Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Plea Hearing
I would like to know if it is possible to get a plea hearing to be rescheduled? If so, is there a certain criteria I have to meet in order for me to even request it? Can I request it or does a lawyer have to do it for me?

Re: Plea Hearing
Hello there:
Plea hearings can be rescheduled. This normally is done through agreement between the Court and the District Attorney's.
