Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What to plea & possible results?
Class B Misd theft by former employer. No product left premises. Actions recorded on video surveillance are exactly the same as taken with every customer. Owner sold exact item to me day after supposed theft attempt. Fired two days later upon return to work.

Hire a lawyer. A lawyer needs to look at video as well as determine what proof they have that you stole - was there less inventory? Did the talk with the customer? etc.
