Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Pleaing guilty; permantent record
Will pleaing guilty to a (consumption by a minor) judge , then completing the assigned service hours, fines, etc show on our record. What about on criminal background checks?

Generally no. However, there is an exception. If you were taken into custody and booked through the jail and fingerprinted, then a plea of guilty or no contest will never be erased. If you were only given a citation and released, it will not result in a permanent mark on your record.
