Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I pled no contest to indecency with a minor in 1983. I served 3 yrs probation. Then, I was taken off probation and the legal term was "probation reduced and case set aside".
What are my rights now?

It sounds like you have received early termination of the probation. Suggest you have an attorney contact the court where you were convicted or your probation officer. Ask if the probation was terminated.
If your probation was terminated, then you are no longer under their supervision. Since it was not revoked, then you don't have to worry about going back to jail. However, there is a conviction on your record.
