my fianc�e requested that i get power of attorney he is in jail in texas. i live in cali. how would i go about getting Power of Attorney. he will be in jail for no more than the max 7 yrs.

Am not sure that a Power of Attorney is the document you need, but I believe that you can obtain one on the forms section of this website.
