Help! Police Brutality!

I was arrested for possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and when I got to the jail, three officers beat me up and choked me until I was unconscious because I was insulting them. I did not make any aggressive move at all. They just beat me down because they did not like me. Now I am charged with assaulting a police officer. I assaulted no one. They are just trying to send me to prison because I annoyed them. The police in Lubbock, TX do things like this on a regular basis. I need help. I have a family and I am a good person, I just smoke pot. That is my crime, and I will gladly plead guilty to the possession charge, but this assault charge is ridiculous. I don't have any money and I should not be sent to prison for being too poor to spend thousands of dollars on an attorney.

I handle civil rights violations. My first question to you would be what damages do you have? Do you have any broken bones? Did you go to the hospital for any injuries?
