Can police interview children with no adults present. without a warrant and no child meadeator?
And can they bring a drug dog to the house without a warrant?

The juvenile justice code provides special rights for children that are taken into custody. I'm not sure what the rules are if the officer is just talking to the child and the child is not in custody.
Generally warrants are required to conduct searches. However, there are exceptions to the warrant requirement. Most of these exceptions do not apply in a home. Explain the facts in detail to an attorney.
