Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I know a police officer that goes to public places off duty and on duty and has sex with random guys , and also has a ad so he can get sex, is he breaking the law, or is that not unlawful? What could be done?

Report him to internal affairs with his department providing them with all the evidence that you have. Yes, it is against the law. He is stealing from his employer when he is not doing his work.
