Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
police raid issued at home.4grams found and two antique guns taken.going to court for possession,no mention of guns seized or receipt given.why?can this help my possession case if officers took guns for themselves.how?

You definitely need a lawyer for this case.
What do you mean "no mention of the guns"? No charges with regard to the guns? The guns could be mentioned in the offense report or "evidence" taken section.
Cops are supposed to leave receipts but it is not unusual if they do not. How can you show the cops to the guns?
