my husband was arrested in 2004 for possesion he was released on bail and placed on probation. in 2005 he failed two ua`s(drug test) and was sent to jail. they were going to give him two years but he agreed to go through this program so he only had to do six months he was released in march 2006 and placed on probation for another year where he had to pay off fines and complete several different programs and classes. again he failed two ua`s was not paying on his fines so he was sent back to jail march 25th 2007. he is in the county jail waiting to go see the judge on april 2nd my question is will they give him another six months in jail or will they release him and extend his probation?
