possesion
should i be getting charged with possesion when someone else clearly told the arresting officer that it was theirs, but he didnt get arrested because the officer knew their mom n thought he was lieying?

It doesn't matter if you should be charged or not; it appears from you question that you are being charged. So now, you need a lawyer to unscramble this mess. Hopefully the 'someone else' is documented as claiming the dope; or is still willing to claim it. Get a lawyer.
