Possesion of stolen property
If someone is in posession of stolen property can they get charged with burglary of a habitat when there is no evidence stating the person commited the burglary just that they were in posession of the stolen property

You can get charged with anything in the State of Texas. Have you ever heard the phrase that even a ham sandwich can get indicted? Well, its true.
But you have the right to an attorney and be judged by jurors of your peers.
My advice would be to hire a competent Criminal attorney and have him try to get this resolved before your case gets indicted.
